Privacy information

A simple explanation

When you send an enquiry, your contact details are stored so that it can be handled. We also try to notify the website owner. An alert does not mean that your enquiry has been read.

A travel consultation request also stores the journey details you choose to share, your preferred consultation date and time, time zone and contact preference. These details are used to handle your request. Your preferred time is not confirmed until Upendo agrees it with you.

When you share feedback, we store your service choice, feedback, contact email, attribution preference and consent choices for private review and follow-up. We also try to notify the website owner. Feedback is not published automatically, and you can submit it without giving website-publication permission.

When you rate a service, we store your name, your email, the service, your words, the star rating, and a photograph if you chose to add one. The email is kept so the team can reply. It is not shown on the website. A rating is not shown on the website until a member of staff publishes it. Staff can also hide a published rating, and can choose how many published ratings appear on the homepage. Your photograph, if you added one, is shown only with a published rating.

Publication permission is optional and separate from private processing consent. If you give it, Upendo may consider the feedback for its website after review, using only the attribution you selected. Your contact email is not for publication. If wording changes are proposed, your approval should be sought before those changes are published.

Please do not include medical information, passport details or payment information. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing or automatically send your details to a UK partner.

If you prefer not to send the form, simply do not submit it.
